RPO

Recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) is a form of business process outsourcing (BPO) where an employer outsources or transfers all or part of its recruitment activities to an external service provider. RPO providers claim the method has lower costs because the economies of scale enables them to offer recruitment processes at lower cost while economies of scope allow them to operate as high-quality specialists. Those economies of scale and scope arise from a larger staff of recruiters, databases of candidate resumes, and investment in recruitment tools and networks. RPO solutions are also claimed to change fixed investment costs into variable costs that flex with fluctuation in recruitment activity. SCREENING

INTERVIEWS

To have the best one into the lot, it is very important to go through a proper conversation. As we are determined to focus on the finest people, we will segregate our interview and assessment sessions into industry basis. We will not follow a common procedure for all. As per the industry requirements, we will follow different level of aptitude test for different position (from entry to top level).
